Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Reasonable use of the heater for pool and spa is included in the rental fee.
Owner’s cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
- 2 night minimum required for all stays during Low Season (Summer/Fall); 3 night minimum required for all stays during High Season (Winter/Spring)
- Check-In Time: 4:00PM; Check-Out Time: 11:00AM (earlier check-in / later check-out subject to availability – happy to accommodate when possible!)
- While we love furry friends, Desert Rock Oasis just completed an extensive interior and exterior renovation – unfortunately pets are not permitted
